We are happy to provide you with a free insurance appraisal on your purchase. Appraisals are performed by our Certified Gemologists trained by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Appraisals can also be provided on existing jewellery and are charged out on a hourly basis.


All custom jewellery is non-refundable and requires a 25% non-refundable deposit or metal and stones supplied before the work begins. Full payment upon receipt of custom work denotes the customer's complete satisfaction.


We recommend bringing us your diamond jewellery for inspection every 3 months. Our jeweller will inspect the prongs to help prevent any possible damage or loss of your gemstones. This inspection service is complimentary.


We offer a flexible layaway plan for any item you desire with a minimum deposit of 10% of the total purchase price. Customers must make some payment each month with the balance being paid by the end of six months. Alterations and adjustments such as ring sizing will be made at the time the balance is paid in full. Most adjustments can be done the same day.


Refunds, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All refunds must be "in new condition" accompanied by your original receipt, gift boxes and warranty booklets. Items returned after 30 days will receive an in-store credit. We do not offer returns on special or custom orders, altered items, estate and clearance items. Refunds are subject to restocking fees if alterations have been performed or the item needs polishing.
